(Club Member) Fit Ball  This class uses an air filled exercise ball to improve your core stability and overall body tone whilst burning calories. Spinning Using static bikes in the studio, we will take you on the ride of your life! Boxercise This boxing themed class is suitable for men and women of all levels and is a fantastic way to beat out stress!! Pump It Up Cardio classes that bring weights principles into the studio in a fun  environment, the fastest way to shape up                                  and burn lots of calories Aquacise # A cardiovascular workout in the pool. Uses the water as resistance to tone and is gentle on the joints.  Barbell Blitz An all over body toning and calorie burning workout using barbells and dumbbells set to motivating music. Pilates A toning class that concentrates purely on the body core, emphasising         balance and incorporating  flexibility and breathing techniques. Stretch and Tone Body toning exercises with a few weights. Yoga (& Relax) Sivananda form of yoga        incorporating hatha and raja.    Balancing the mind and body. This class uses relaxation, meditation and  breathing techniques. # Please Note Aquacise is not available to Studio only Members.
