We have a great variety of classes here at The Atrium Club. The most popular class at the moment seems to be the Aquacise that Jess teaches 3 times a week! This class is for all ages and all abilities so please do not hesistate to come along and give it a go! Exercise in the water is low impact and is therefore brilliant for your joints! During a 45 minute Aquacise class you can burn up to 500 calories whilst having fun, meeting new people and really enjoying yourself!
