TRX classes have been extremely popular since introducing them into our timetable! The instructors here at the Atrium Club really enjoy teaching the classes and helping members achieve their individual goals.
TRX is a great class for all abilities as you are able to start at a beginners level and slowly work your way up to intermediate and advanced. It is great for those who are wanting to build up strength and tone up without using weights and resistance machines in the gym. We hope that more members of the club and new members come along to a class and give it a try! Other popular classes here at the Club are Spinning, Circuits and water aerobics. These classes are also great for anyone as the instructor will always make sure that our members are looked after and are comfortable with new exercises.
