Shape-Shifter Smoothie

SMOOTHIE5 This smoothie is designed to help you burn that post christmas fat and get in to that shape that you desire!

Here’s how to make it:

serves 3
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tbsp cocoa powder, preferably raw
1/2 avocado
1/2 small frozen banana
1 handful baby spinach or other greens
Pinch of cayenne
1 tbsp raw honey
500 ml water

Per Serving: 97 calories, 17 g carbs, 4 g fat, 2 g protein, 4 g fibre, 19 mg sodium

Blitz ingredients in a blender or food processor, or with a hand blender, until smooth.
